PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within the time period set out below but we cannot give an exact delivery time and date. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier.
If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of submitting your Order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
United Kingdom Delivery (5-10 working days)
Deliveries can be made between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.
International Delivery (7-12 working days)
Please contact us on sales@sonic-vision.biz for overseas deliveries.
General Information for all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom
We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define which Products may be delivered to your country.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. Sonic Vision AV do not offer any assistance in this process.
All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.
All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
Returns
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on returns@sonic-vision.biz detailing your Order No. and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number. Write the returns number on the despatch note found on the outside of the parcel, replace the item in the parcel and send back to us at the address above. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Sonic Vision AV will arrange for an exchange. Sonic Vision AV’s decision is final.
Refunds
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working
days.
Sonic Vision AV Reserves the right to retain a sum equal to 5% of the transaction value in order to cover the costs of processing refunds where goods are unwanted but not faulty. For returns which are not faulty Sonic Vision AV will not refund any portion of the delivery charge.
For items which are not faulty but which customers wish to exchange, Sonic Vision AV reserves the right to levy a second delivery charge to cover the costs of dispatching the exchange.
